I will try, on a regular basis, to inform on conditions, catch rates and any other relevant information pertaining to the fishing parks in and around Udon that I visit. I fish mainly at Saman Farm but other venues include Nong Sai fishing park and Sabai Sabai fishing park.

Another few weeks have rolled by! It seems I get one update completed and another one is chomping at the bit waiting to get written!
Our trip to Saman Farm was very fruitful as always well over twenty fish between my pal, Richard, and I and all around the five to seven kilo mark. |

This week I had the opportunity to fish with a friend from Bangkok, Jean-Francois Helias. He has been running a fishing guide company to the famous fishing areas in and around Bangkok (and further afield in Malaysia) for the passed eight years or so, and has over 180 World Records to his credit! He is also the IGFA (International Game Fishing Association) Thailand Representative how could I miss the opportunity to fish with this guy!! |
